A key element of this streamlined approach is civil engineering design. To further increase our efficiency and control over the development process, Greenlight launched its own in-house civil engineering team: Jett Civil Engineering.

Led by Chris Patton, Jett Civil is based in our Scottsdale corporate office and provides services for both Greenlight projects and select third-party developments. This integrated model enhances collaboration, accelerates timelines, and supports innovative design solutions across a wide range of multifamily communities.
