Part of what makes Greenlight who we are is our insistence upon outside-the-box thinking. We are always looking for ways to efficiently streamline the design & construction process by being proactive throughout the project’s life cycle from initial design to construction completion.  This allows us to succeed in our mission to build attainable rental housing for those who need it most. One of the key components to this is the civil engineering design.  In an effort to further our efficiency, Greenlight will now operate our own in-house civil engineering team, Jett Civil Engineering, who will exclusively focus on Greenlight projects.

The Jett Civil team is led by Leslie Kland, PE, and their offices are conveniently located within Greenlight’s Scottsdale corporate office.  Greenlight has worked with Leslie and her team over the past 15 years on numerous apartment and condominium projects and we are excited to add Leslie and her team to ours.
