Mr. Lyles is Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Greenlight Communities and, prior to that, Deco Communities. Mr. Lyles also co-founded Starpointe Communities in 1996, which sold more than 3,500 homes, representing a total housing value over $500 million. Mr. Lyles is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a supporter and advocate for numerous charitable organizations.
Ms. Watts is Co-Founder of Greenlight Communities and its affiliates, Deco Communities and Starpointe Communities. She has been extensively involved in real estate and operating businesses since 1986. Ms. Watts is a C.P.A. (Canada) and previously specialized in forensic accounting and management control systems with BDO/Dunwoody. She is a member of Urban Land Institute, Lambda Alpha International (LAI) and numerous other networking and charitable organizations.
Mr. Richards is a co-founder of Greenlight Communities, and its affiliate, Deco Communities. He joined Starpointe in 2003 and has over 20 years of experience with all aspects of real estate acquisition and development including entitlement planning, design, value engineering, construction, scheduling and property management. Mr. Richards has overseen more than $300 million in construction in Metropolitan Phoenix over his career.
Mr. Lake joined the Greenlight team in September 2020 with a varied background of experience in residential multi-family, single-family, heavy civil infrastructure construction, and industrial renovation. Mr. Lake has managed projects throughout his 28-year career with a total estimated value more than $670 million.
Mr. Mauch is Greenlight Construction’s Development Manager, having joined the Greenlight team in 2020. Mr. Mauch brings 18 years of valuable, hands-on experience in residential multi-family/single family construction, site development, entitlement, permitting, design, acquisition, marketing, and sales. Prior to joining Greenlight, Mr. Mauch saw great success as a Project Manager, overseeing projects in excess of $630 million dollars in multi-family developments alone.
Ms. Cram joined the Greenlight Team (then Deco Communities) in 2014. She brings a varied background of both public and private accounting experience as Greenlight Communities’ Financial Controller, and is responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting and treasury management. She received her CPA license in 2001, and has worked with local audit and tax firms, ultimately moving to private accounting at Peter Piper Inc., as a Senior Staff Accountant before coming to Greenlight.
Ms. Gray joined the Greenlight team in September 2019 and brings with her a Master’s degree in accounting – graduating summa cum laude. She has 5 years of experience in multi-family property management and construction where she managed a team of accountants responsible for the financial reporting of over $200 million in assets.
Ms. Allsop joined Greenlight in May 2021 with over 10 years of Accounting experience, including three years in Construction Finance with projects including high-rise, mid-rise, and multi-family building types. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Northern Arizona University.
Ms. Kealy joined the Greenlight team in September 2020 with 13 years of experience in commercial construction/general contracting and pre-construction estimating. Her experience includes work on educational, public works, hotel, healthcare, and other commercial projects. Over her career, Ms. Kealy has helped manage over $250 million in commercial construction in the Southwestern region of the US.
Ms. Wendelboe joined Greenlight in May 2021 with a varied background in management over the span of 18 years. Her experience includes multi-family, student housing, mixed-use and heavy civil construction. Over her career, Ms. Wendelboe has helped manage approximately $300 million in commercial construction.
Ms. Ellington brings dedication and creative solutions to her position at Greenlight. Specializing in execution with hot items, permits, plans, scheduling and accounting, Ms. Ellington maintains close communication with all project-related personnel to ensure tasks are completed and any assistance needed is provided. She also brings Project Management and Construction Management experience, overseeing more than $170 million in Multi-Family Housing construction.
Ms. Haviland joined the Greenlight team in May 2021 bringing over 16 years of project management experience in green building, energy, and software development. Her experience includes administration of the first LEED Platinum Buildings in Arizona, and development of climate and sustainability plans for universities and municipalities throughout North America. Ms. Haviland is currently supporting Greenlight Construction’s East Valley Operation.
Ms. Thille brings 8 years of office management and executive assistant experience to Greenlight and is responsible for all aspects of Office Management, Human Resources, as well as many aspects of Greenlight’s Brand Management. Ms. Thille ensures a smooth office operation by managing all crucial behind-the scenes tasks. Ms. Thille graduated magna cum laude from ASU with her degree in Psychology, loves hiking with her two dogs and trying out new recipes.
Mr. Jones joined the Greenlight team in July 2020 with 18 years of experience in construction including construction management and pre-construction estimating. Mr. Jones has managed over $250 million of construction projects and performed pre-construction estimating on over $2 billion of projects. His experience includes multi-family, student housing, assisted living, mixed-use, commercial, health care, retail and heavy civil infrastructure and development projects.
Mr. Mannino began his construction career at a young age back East, relocating to Arizona in the late 70’s. Mr. Mannino became a successful Construction Manager and eventually, General Contractor, completing a variety of projects throughout the Valley. Most recently, Mr. Mannino has pivoted to multi-family construction, having joined Greenlight in 2018 as Senior Superintendent.
Mr. Clark joined the Greenlight team in November 2020 with a mixed background of experience in the multi-family, single-family, commercial TI and full commercial tenant build-outs. Mr. Clark started his 23-year career as a laborer in the field and has worked his way up to Senior Superintendent, managing projects totaling more than $300 million.
Mr. Bennett has been a Lead Superintendent, working in the commercial construction industry in Arizona since 1995. He joined the Greenlight team in December 2020, with over 30 years of experience in supervising multi-use high rise apartment building, semi-custom luxury condominium and various other commercial projects – totaling over $750 million worth of work throughout his career.
Mr. Discuillo joined Greenlight in March 2021 bringing with him 38 years of extensive Construction knowledge. He has managed a wide variety of construction projects including hotel, residential, commercial, restaurant and multi-family, taking them from plan review through owner acceptance.
Mr. Ortega joined Greenlight in April 2021 as an experienced general contractor with an emphasis on single family, multi-family residential and light commercial T.I. projects. He has participated in all aspects of construction, including project management and supervision of all trades on large multi family, and residential housing projects over the past 15 years, including over 2000 multi-family units.
Mr. Carney joined Greenlight in February 2019 with over 40 years of construction experience, including extensive carpentry experience. He gained much of his knowledge during his 20 years owning and operating his remodeling business. In 2014, Mr. Carney transitioned into multi-family and has since worked as a Superintendent on projects throughout the Valley.
Mr. Marin-Guitierrez joined Greenlight in March 2021 and is fluent in both English and Spanish. He began his construction career in framing and carpentry and eventually moved into a Project Engineer/Assistant Superintendent role for a national multi-family housing contractor where he helped supervise over $50 million in work.
Mr. Donnell joined Greenlight in July 2019 and has over 35 years of experience in the residential home building industry with 15 years’ experience as department director, Master Homebuilder. He has developed more than 2500 homes in the valley since 1992 which has translated exceptionally to Greenlight’s multi-family builds.
Todd joined the Greenlight Construction team in August of 2021 with over 30 years’ construction experience, including multi-family, commercial, hospitality and general contracting. Todd developed many sites, ranging from 10-20 acres and is now Senior Super of Greenlight’s first Tucson project, Bridges.
