Mr. Lyles is Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Greenlight Communities and, prior to that, Deco Communities. Mr. Lyles also co-founded Starpointe Communities in 1996, which sold more than 3,500 homes, representing a total housing value over $500 million. Mr. Lyles is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a supporter and advocate for numerous charitable organizations.
Ms. Watts is Co-Founder of Greenlight Communities and its affiliates, Deco Communities and Starpointe Communities. She has been extensively involved in real estate and operating businesses since 1986. Ms. Watts is a C.P.A. (Canada) and previously specialized in forensic accounting and management control systems with BDO/Dunwoody. She is a member of Urban Land Institute, Lambda Alpha International (LAI) and numerous other networking and charitable organizations.
Mr. Richards is a co-founder of Greenlight Communities, and its affiliate, Deco Communities. He joined Starpointe in 2003 and has over 20 years of experience with all aspects of real estate acquisition and development including entitlement planning, design, value engineering, construction, scheduling and property management. Mr. Richards has overseen more than $300 million in construction in Metropolitan Phoenix over his career.
Ms. Zinser joined the Greenlight team in September 2021 with over 30 years of experience in multi-family and construction financial management, including almost 20 years as CFO for privately held real estate developers and managers. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University, an MBA from Cleveland State University and is an active Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Zinser is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Ohio Society of CPAs and the Arizona Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (AZCREW).
Mr. Mauch joined the Greenlight team in 2020. Mr. Mauch brings 18 years of valuable, hands-on experience in residential multi-family/single family construction, site development, entitlement, permitting, design, acquisition, marketing, and sales. Prior to joining Greenlight, Mr. Mauch saw great success as a Project Manager, overseeing projects in excess of $630 million dollars in multi-family developments alone. Mr. Mauch is a proud member of the Arizona Builder’s Alliance.
Ms. Wendelboe joined Greenlight in May 2021 with a varied background in management over the span of 18 years. Her experience includes multi-family, student housing, mixed-use and heavy civil construction. Over her career, Ms. Wendelboe has helped manage approximately $300 million in commercial construction.
Mr. Altman joined the Greenlight team in April 2022 as the Vice President of Field Operations. He brings with him considerable technical and construction knowledge gained from 25 years of general contracting experience involving all aspects of planning, design and construction. Over the past 10 years, Alex has played an integral part in the successful delivery of over $800 million dollars in multi-family developments in Arizona.
Mrs. Gray joined the Greenlight team in April 2023 and brings with her a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She has over 10 years of experience in multi-family property management where she led an accounting team overseeing the financial reporting of over $800 million in assets. She also has experience in development and construction.
Mrs. Gray joined the Greenlight team in September 2019 and brings with her a Master’s degree in accounting – graduating summa cum laude. She has 5 years of experience in multi-family property management and construction where she managed a team of accountants responsible for the financial reporting of over $200 million in assets.
With over 10 years of experience in office management and executive assistance, Ms. Thille joined Greenlight in 2019. She now oversees all aspects of human resources, brand management and corporate philanthropy to ensure the smooth operation of these critical aspects of the company. Ms. Thille graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Psychology.
Ms. Allsop joined Greenlight in May 2021 with over 10 years of Accounting experience, including three years in Construction Finance with projects including high-rise, mid-rise, and multi-family building types. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Northern Arizona University.
Ms. O’Lear joined the Greenlight team in December 2022 bringing with her over 4 years of accounting experience in various industries. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Carthage College before moving across the country in search of warmer weather. She has a vast knowledge of accounting practices ranging from Project Accounting to Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger Accounting.
Ms. Gram joined the Greenlight Team in January 2022 as a Development Project Manager. Ms. Gram brings 13 years of real estate development experience in design, feasibility, and entitlements across industry sectors of multi-family, commercial, and industrial in both public and private sectors.
Mr. Pipan joined the Greenlight Team in October of 2021 as the Land Acquisition and Development Project Manager. Mr. Pipan brings 7 years of Project Management experience in Multifamily Construction and Multifamily Development of luxury and affordable HUD housing as well as senior living. Mr. Pipan received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University in 2012.
Mr. Jollie joined the Greenlight team in January 2023 as a Project Manager having previously worked as an Assistant Project Manager throughout Southern California and Phoenix metro. He brings over 6 years of construction experience with a varied background in residential multi-family and commercial projects. Mr. Jollie has been involved in the successful completion of over $150 million dollars of various projects.
Mr. Spetman joined the Greenlight team in June 2022 as a Project Manager. He has worked in multiple aspects of the construction field over 15 years including residential, multi-family, and commercial. Mr. Spetman has been involved in the completion of over $200 million dollars of developments.
Mr. Leon joined Greenlight Communities as a Project Manager in September 2023 with 15 years in the development industry, primarily focused on multi-family construction and tax-credit properties. He has experience in multi-family new construction and renovation, as owner or GC representative, with projects totaling over $450 million. Mr. Leon holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Bachelor’s degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona.
Ms. Haviland joined the Greenlight team in May 2021 bringing over 16 years of project management experience in green building, energy, and software development. Her experience includes administration of the first LEED Platinum Buildings in Arizona, and development of climate and sustainability plans for universities and municipalities throughout North America. Ms. Haviland is currently supporting Greenlight Construction’s East Valley Operation.
Ms. Olson joined the Greenlight team in January 2023 as a Senior Contract Administrator. She has worked in multiple aspects of the construction field over 25 years including Multi-family, Commercial, Construction Due Diligence and Risk Management, Project Coordination, & Assisting Project Management. Ms. Olson has been involved in the completion of over $500 million dollars of Projects throughout Arizona.
Mr. Savord joined the Greenlight Construction team in August of 2021 with over 30 years’ construction experience, including multi-family, commercial, hospitality and general contracting. Mr. Savord developed many sites, ranging from 10-20 acres and is now Senior Super of Greenlight’s first Tucson project, Bridges.
Mr. Cocchi joined the Greenlight team in 2022 with 35 years of experience in building and remodeling residential and custom homes as well as some commercial tenant improvement projects. For the last decade, Mr. Cocchi has focused his efforts on high-end multifamily projects.
