Greenlight Communities breaks ground on Cabana in Goodyear

Goodyear residents will soon have more neighbors. Greenlight Communities broke ground last month on Cabana Encanto at 2323 N. 150th Drive in Goodyear. Greenlight bought 8.8 acres in June 2020 and plans to complete construction by next winter.
