PHOENIX — One of Arizona’ s leading housing developers recently purchased land in Mesa for a rental community called Cabana Mesa Drive, which is scheduled to begin construction this month.
Greenlight Communities bought the six acres of land, which is located at 515 N. Mesa Drive, with the help of global asset manager PGIM.
