Ms. Allsop joined Greenlight in May 2021 with over 10 years of Accounting experience, including three years in Construction Finance with projects including high-rise, mid-rise, and multi-family building types. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Northern Arizona University.
Ms. O’Lear joined the Greenlight team in December 2022 bringing with her over 4 years of accounting experience in various industries. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Carthage College before moving across the country in search of warmer weather. She has a vast knowledge of accounting practices ranging from Project Accounting to Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger Accounting.
Mr. Pipan joined the Greenlight Team in October of 2021 as the Land Acquisition and Development Project Manager. Mr. Pipan brings 7 years of Project Management experience in Multifamily Construction and Multifamily Development of luxury and affordable HUD housing as well as senior living. Mr. Pipan received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University in 2012.
Mr. Jollie joined the Greenlight team in January 2023 as a Project Manager having previously worked as an Assistant Project Manager throughout Southern California and Phoenix metro. He brings over 6 years of construction experience with a varied background in residential multi-family and commercial projects. Mr. Jollie has been involved in the successful completion of over $150 million dollars of various projects.
Mr. Leon joined Greenlight Communities as a Project Manager in September 2023 with 15 years in the development industry, primarily focused on multi-family construction and tax-credit properties. He has experience in multi-family new construction and renovation, as owner or GC representative, with projects totaling over $450 million. Mr. Leon holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Bachelor’s degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona.
Mrs. Hegsted joined Greenlight in September 2023 as a Project Manager. She has 5 years of commercial construction experience and has helped manage over $250 million of projects. Mrs. Hegsted is an Arizona native and received her Masters in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
Ms. Haviland joined the Greenlight team in May 2021 bringing over 16 years of project management experience in green building, energy, and software development. Her experience includes administration of the first LEED Platinum Buildings in Arizona, and development of climate and sustainability plans for universities and municipalities throughout North America. Ms. Haviland is currently supporting Greenlight Construction’s East Valley Operation.
Ms. Olson joined the Greenlight team in January 2023 as a Senior Contract Administrator. She has worked in multiple aspects of the construction field over 25 years including Multi-family, Commercial, Construction Due Diligence and Risk Management, Project Coordination, & Assisting Project Management. Ms. Olson has been involved in the completion of over $500 million dollars of Projects throughout Arizona.
Ms. Lawson joined the Greenlight Team in April of 2021 with over 15 years of Administrative and Executive Assistance with the bulk of her experience in Construction Management field.
Mr. Lorenzo joined the Greenlight team in 2023 with over 30 years of experience in building and managing residential and custom home projects. Over the last decade, Mr. Lorenzo has focused his efforts on high-end multifamily & mixed-use projects.
