Mr. Lyles is Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Greenlight Communities and, prior to that, Deco Communities. Mr. Lyles also co-founded Starpointe Communities in 1996, which sold more than 3,500 homes, representing a total housing value over $500 million. Mr. Lyles is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a supporter and advocate for numerous charitable organizations.
Ms. Watts is Co-Founder of Greenlight Communities and its affiliates, Deco Communities and Starpointe Communities. She has been extensively involved in real estate and operating businesses since 1986. Ms. Watts is a C.P.A. (Canada) and previously specialized in forensic accounting and management control systems with BDO/Dunwoody. She is a member of Urban Land Institute, Lambda Alpha International (LAI) and numerous other networking and charitable organizations.
Mr. Richards is a co-founder of Greenlight Communities, and its affiliate, Deco Communities. He joined Starpointe in 2003 and has over 25 years of experience with all aspects of real estate acquisition and development including entitlement planning, design, value engineering, construction, scheduling and property management. Mr. Richards has overseen more than $600 million in construction in Metropolitan Phoenix over his career.
Ms. Wendelboe joined Greenlight in May 2021 with a varied background in management over the span of 18 years. Her experience includes multi-family, student housing, mixed-use and heavy civil construction. Over her career, Ms. Wendelboe has helped manage over $600 million in projects.
Mr. Spetman joined the Greenlight team in June 2022 as a Project Manager. He has worked in multiple aspects of the construction field over 15 years including residential, multi-family, and commercial. Mr. Spetman has been involved in the completion of over $200 million dollars of developments.
Mr. Altman joined the Greenlight team in April 2022 as the Vice President of Field Operations. He brings with him considerable technical and construction knowledge gained from 25 years of general contracting experience involving all aspects of planning, design and construction. Over the past 10 years, Alex has played an integral part in the successful delivery of over $800 million dollars in multi-family developments in Arizona.
Mr. Paulus is an Acquisitions Manager at Greenlight Communities and joined the Greenlight team in 2023. Mr. Paulus has been active in the Phoenix real estate community since 2015. Prior to joining Greenlight, he was extensive experience in real estate development specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, design, entitlements, project management, and asset valuation. Mr. Paulus is a graduate of Arizona State University and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Mrs. Gray joined the Greenlight team in April 2023 and brings with her a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She has over 10 years of experience in multi-family property management where she led an accounting team overseeing the financial reporting of over $800 million in assets. She also has experience in development and construction.
Mrs. Gray joined the Greenlight team in September 2019 and brings with her a Master’s degree in accounting – graduating summa cum laude. She has 5 years of experience in multi-family property management and construction where she managed a team of accountants responsible for the financial reporting of over $200 million in assets.
With over 10 years of experience in office management and executive assistance, Ms. Thille joined Greenlight in 2019. She now oversees all aspects of human resources, brand management and corporate philanthropy to ensure the smooth operation of these critical aspects of the company. Ms. Thille graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Psychology.
