Scottsdale-based Greenlight Communities held a groundbreaking for a new Streamliner Community in Peoria April 4 at 87th and Peoria avenues.
Mayor Jason Beck spoke at the event.
Once completed, Streamliner 87th will bring a total of 190 new rental units to the area. Altogether the communities will offer 71 studio apartments with
rents starting at $1,099. There will also be a total of 72 one-bedroom units and 47 two-bedroom units.
